Privacy Policy - Apex Rush: Car Racing 3D
- Apex Rush does not collect, store on a server, share or sell any personal data. This version has no ads, no analytics, no in-app purchases, no online features and no account or sign-in.
- The game does not connect to the internet. It plays fully offline.
- Your game progress is saved only on your own device.
1. Who we are
Apex Rush: Car Racing 3D (in the game: APEX RUSH) is a 3D car racing game made by Owais Studios, a small independent developer. This policy explains what happens to information when you play the game.
2. Information we (Owais Studios) collect
We do not collect any personal information. The game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal data, and it does not send your game data to us or to anyone else.
This version of the game has no advertising, no analytics or crash-reporting service, no online leaderboards and no other third-party service that collects data. No game data leaves your device. Section 5 covers the website where this policy is published.
3. Data stored on your device
To remember your progress, the game saves a small file on your device: your best lap and race times, the cars you own, your coins, how each car looks (paint, rims, caliper colour) and your settings such as graphics quality, controls, sound volume and the frame-rate display. These files stay on your device. We cannot see them or access them.
The game's data is not included in Android's cloud backup, so it is not copied to your Google account. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's storage or by uninstalling the game; this also deletes your progress.
4. Permissions
This version of the game does not request the Internet permission or any permission that gives access to personal data (no location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or files).
5. Links, advertising and other services
This version of the game has no links to web pages and never opens a website. This privacy policy is published on owaisfirpo.github.io, which is hosted by GitHub Pages; what GitHub may log when you visit a website is covered by GitHub's own privacy statement.
This version of the game contains no ads. If we add ads in a later version, we will update this policy before that version is released (see section 8).
6. Children
Apex Rush is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. The game does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
7. Security and data retention
Your save file stays on your device and is protected by the normal security of your Android device. Owais Studios does not keep any data about you, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. You can delete the game's local data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the game.
8. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the game handles data in a different way (for example optional ads, online leaderboards with Google Play Games, or purchases), we will update this policy before that version is released and change the effective date above. The newest version of this policy will always be available at this address.
